Innovative Mobile Therapy is led by a Doctor of Physical Therapy with over 15 years of clinical experience treating patients across a wide range of ages, diagnoses, and levels of function. With a career spanning multiple practice settings and specialties, care is grounded in both evidence-based treatment and real-world application. Experience includes working with orthopedic and post-surgical patients, athletes and active individuals, older adults and geriatric populations, and patients with complex or chronic medical conditions. This diverse background allows for a comprehensive, whole-body approach to evaluation and treatment—addressing not only symptoms, but the underlying movement and functional limitations contributing to pain or dysfunction.
I bring extensive, daily hands-on experience across multiple physical therapy settings and patient populations. This breadth of experience has developed elite-level movement and clinical pattern recognition—the ability to quickly identify underlying dysfunctions that others may overlook.
I have a strong foundation in athletics, performance training, and evidence-based rehabilitation. My approach to physical therapy is shaped by years of competitive sports participation and a lifelong commitment to understanding human performance, movement, and recovery.
As a three-sport athlete in basketball, football, and tennis, I developed an early appreciation for discipline, biomechanics, and the demands placed on the human body. That experience carried into my professional career and continues to influence how I evaluate and treat every patient I work with today.
Beyond traditional athletics, I also competed in amateur bodybuilding, which gave me extensive hands-on experience in structured resistance training, exercise programming, and nutrition. This background allows me to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and performance, helping patients not only recover from injury but also return stronger than before.
Clinically, I have a strong passion for manual therapy, particularly dry needling and spine and extremity manipulation. I utilize these tools to address neuromuscular dysfunction, restore mobility, and reduce pain at its source. My focus is always on identifying the root cause of a patient’s impairment rather than simply treating symptoms.
I take pride in performing thorough evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans that prioritize efficiency, results, and long-term resilience. My goal is to help each patient recover faster, move better, and build lasting strength—going beyond the limitations of standard care approaches.
