Direct-Pay therapy allows us the flexibility to deliver personalized, one-on-one care without insurance restrictions. No need for insurance approvals, no surprise bills, and no rushed sessions.
Unlike traditional therapy providers, we tailor our plan of care to ensure you receive exactly what you need-no more and no less.
Payment for all treatment is due at the time of service. If desired, our Therapist will provide you with an invoice (super bill) that can be submitted to your insurance. Most private insurance plans offer “out-of-network” reimbursement or deductibles. While we cannot guarantee reimbursement by your insurance provider, we will provide you with the resources necessary to request reimbursement for our services.

At Innovative Mobile Therapy, we provide skilled, one-on-one mobile physical therapy for Medicare beneficiaries—delivered directly to you. We accept Medicare Part B for covered services and offer cash-based options for non-covered Medicare services.

As a Medicare provider, Innovative Mobile Therapy offers medically necessary services in accordance with Medicare guidelines.

Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We require a 24 hour notice for cancellations. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you can do so by calling, e-mailing, or texting. “Contact us” (call to action button: sends the reader to the Contact us page.)
Please be advised that cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your appointment will be subject to the full visit charge. This includes appointments where our Physical Therapist is unable to access the property, is turned away, or the client is unavailable.

Because travel distance can vary within the same area, appointments within these primary service areas may still be subject to a travel fee based on distance.
Locations outside the listed areas may be available upon request and are subject to travel fees.
No additional travel fee for visits within the primary service areas.
Travel fees, if applicable, will always be discussed before scheduling.
